BIO Conferences are intense time sensitive pressure cookers. With 4 people organizing a
complex multi-day conference full of presenters, attendees, events, and sponsors its easy to understand why they need a dedicated organization behind them. The items that you see above represent a fraction of the work and input required from Print Aspects to make the conference happen. Over a 3 month period their conference web site and other marketing materials alone underwent, on average, 3 to 4 revisions per day. All revisions had to be done within 1 hour of request for web and 1 to 2 days for other material, accuracy was a must. The web site itself had to be designed to meet the stringent requirement of brand, ease of update, ease of navigation (transparency), and a rich interface.

But this is only one half of the picture, print and other marketing materials represented the other half. Imagine a roughly 400 page book that contained the overall conference attendee Bio's with last minute information. Over 1 million impressions, ad insertions, perfect binding, and 4 color laminated covers shipped to NYC on two pallets with 5 working days for production. And that's just for starters a smaller half sized addendum with the same specifications to be printed in 48 hours including the weekend. A pocket reference guide 12 X 18 digitally printed at 1AM Saturday morning for delivery to NYC Saturday afternoon.
