Emailing Print Files

Print Aspects uses and has expertise in the following formats. We prefer
Illustrator, Pagemaker, or QuarkXpress files.

Adobe InDesign (mac only)
Adobe Acrobat
QuarkXpress
Corel Draw
MS Word
MS Publisher

Instructions:
- Whenever you are sending print files for output you must enclose
the following with your files.

1.) All fonts used (screen and printer fonts)
2.) All Images (tiff or eps is preferred)
3.) Files must be print ready
4.) Specifications of job
------ quantity of each item
------ final paper size
------ paper type
------ PMS ink numbers for each item

5.) Your contact information

- Our e-mail server has a 8 Mb limit per e-mail limit. You may need to compress and/or break up your files into several e-mails. Alternatively, you can FTP us large files or folders (Click Here).
